Paul Wesley Klinger, Jr. was born on March of 1953 in Houston, Texas. He attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1975. He later enrolled at the South Texas College of Law, graduating in May, 1981 with a Doctorate degree in jurisprudence. Mr. Klinger has handled personal injury/death claims in Texas for the past 32 years. He is a board certified specialist in personal injury claims and lawsuits.

Mr. Klinger worked for a high-powered personal injury law firm in Houston until 1985. During that time Mr. Klinger handled numerous personal injury cases both in the United States and internationally. He represented a client in a martime personal injury case that went to the United States Supreme Court which was victorious. Since that time Mr. Klinger has handled hundreds of personal injury claims/lawsuits and wrongful death cases for Texas injury victims.

In 1985, Mr. Klinger started the Wes Klinger Law Office in Baytown, Texas. The law office is conveniently located four miles south of Interstate Highway 10 at exit 800. Mr. Klinger is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Bar Association and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans Louisiana. Mr. Klinger is pending admission to the Bar of the State of Louisiana.
